Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other ad networks.
  • Work with the team to track campaign KPIs, generate reports, and identify insights for performance improvement.
  • Support App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts by conducting keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and metadata optimization.
  • Collaborate with the design and creative teams to develop ad creatives and promotional assets that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify new opportunities and user segments.
  • Help manage daily ad budgets, monitor campaign performance, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in mobile marketing and user acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 6 months of experience (internships in marketing or digital media preferred).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROI, CPA, and audience targeting.
  • Foundational knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) and mobile marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
