About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack, a passion for building scalable web applications, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
  • Lead code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure best coding practices across the team.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in , , , and MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Saturday: 2PM to 7 PM

Pay: Rs70, Rs90,000.00 per month
