Aptech, a leading IT institute, is seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our faculty team. We are looking for experts in MERN (MongoDB, , React, ), and who are passionate about teaching and shaping the next generation of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and hands-on training in .NET, MERN, and/or Flutter.
  • Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
  • Provide students with individualized support and mentorship to help them succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the learning experience.
  • Evaluate and assess students' progress through exams, projects, and practical assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proficiency in .NET, MERN stack, and/or Flutter with practical experience.
  • Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Commitment to student success and continuous learning.
