Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Manager of Learning & Development to support our organization's talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing professional development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Serve as the administrator of the company's LMS
- Configure and maintain system settings, user accounts, and access permissions
- Develop and implement LMS best practices to maximize platform utilization
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support
- Generate and analyze system-wide learning analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and soft skills training
- Create engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training materials
- Coordinate and manage internal and external training resources and facilitators
- Track and analyze training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback
- Support the VP of Learning & Development in strategic planning and program implementation
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop targeted learning solutions
- Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective program delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, learning and development, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or similar role with proven LMS management experience
- Advanced technical proficiency in learning management systems and training technologies
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Required Skills:
- Expert-level understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning technologies
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Strong technical troubleshooting and system administration skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools
- Instructional design knowledge
- Designing learning and training Materials
- Develop audio visual materials including interactive training videos
- Knowledge of training and development tools and resources
- Understanding of L&D language
- Developing analyzing and organizing T&D qualitative and quantitative data
- Writing blogs and articles for L&D to post on the website
- Keeping a track of international events and conference in L&D Domain
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Video editing can be an edge
