Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a strong background in managing mobile app development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering mobile app products on time and within scope, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Development, Design, QA, ASO, and Product Leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to launch and post-release updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, sprint backlogs, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate between developers, designers, QA engineers, and ASO teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
  • Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile methodology preferred).
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership on project status and challenges.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a product-based mobile app company.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (Development, QA, UI/UX, ASO).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical background or understanding of mobile technologies (Android/iOS) is a plus.
