We're hiring for Client Support Associate - Night Shift (Karachi - Onsite)

About the Role:
Client Support Associate ensures exceptional user experiences by providing timely and effective support across channels, bridging the gap between customer needs and technical teams. Plays a critical role in client onboarding, training, and support documentation, while identifying trends and insights to enhance the overall customer journey within the framework of our software products.

Priorities and Deliverables:

  • Work with the technical teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
  • Monitor Zendesk support queues to address any support tickets opened by users and following up on pending items.
  • Provide prompt, efficient and detailed support to the customers for the software product.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Perform client onboarding and training post sales.
  • Prepare knowledge base support articles for new functionality introduced i applications.
  • Handle support phone calls and document problems to convey to the technical team.
  • Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership,

Qualifications:

  • Fresh to 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Should be able to work in night shift.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, or Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong academic record demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for technology and a genuine interest in the software industry.

Location: Karachi, Citi Tower Shahra e faisal

Experience Required: Fresh to 1 Year

Working Mode (Onsite/Remote): Onsite

Interview mode (Onsite/online): Onsite

Work Timing & Days: Monday to Friday 6pm - 3 am
