We are looking for a proactive and experienced 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
/ Client Relations
𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭e to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in executing marketing initiatives and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a solid marketing background, exceptional content writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. This role requires someone who can oversee multiple tasks, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining high standards in every deliverable.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials.

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Provide timely updates to clients on project status, deliverables, and any concerns.

  • Support the CMO by drafting and proofreading internal and external communications.

  • Maintain clear and open communication between marketing teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Work closely with the CMO to provide input on marketing strategies and business development plans.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to drive marketing efforts effectively.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, etc) to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and meeting preparations for the CMO.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in marketing, content writing, and client management (minimum 1 year)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Shift: Morning

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
