
Client Support Specialist

This is a client-focused role where you will act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls. You will be responsible for providing daily/weekly updates on client accounts and project progress.
You will also prepare and share reports (sales, PPC, product performance, expenses, etc.) and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are completed on time.
Additionally, you will track and follow up on ongoing tasks, approvals, and deadlines, maintaining organized records of client communication and updates.
Assist in preparing presentations, SOPs, and client dashboards, and escalate issues to management when needed ensuring timely resolution.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to client messages and emails
- Sharing progress updates and reports in a professional format
- Updating tracking sheets for sales, PPC, and overall performance
- Communicating task status with clients and internal team members
- Following up with clients for missing details, documents, or payments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
