Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • BS (Accounting & Finance)/ ACCA (MBA in Finance/HR will be preferred)
  • Up to 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward Management, Budgeting/Cost Analysis, Job Evaluation, Salary Benchmarking, and HR Analytics.
  • Exposure to HRIS systems (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle) will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM systems (preferably SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability with attention to detail.
  • Professional certifications in HR/Compensation (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, GRP, CCBM) will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to job evaluation methodologies (Hay, Mercer, Korn Ferry) is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process employee salary increments, adjustments, and revisions in alignment with performance outcomes and company policies, and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursements.
  • Formulate and administer annual and performance-based bonus payouts, ensuring accurate calculations based on scorecards and individual achievements, and facilitate related payments.
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, analyze market data, and conduct proactive reviews to ensure organizational pay structures and benefits remain competitive and aligned with industry trends.
  • Develop and propose compensation packages for new hires by analyzing their current remuneration and ensuring internal parity, fairness, and adherence to organizational compensation philosophy.
  • Review terminal and ongoing compensation practices, recommending enhancements in line with emerging market trends and best HR practices.
  • Prepare HR-related budgets, including REVEX, CAPEX, and Salaries & Allowances with comprehensive waterfall analysis and updated financial estimates.
  • Lead and cascade Reward Communication sessions to employees, fostering transparency, awareness, and understanding of compensation programs and policies.
  • Serve as the primary interface for HR Business Partners on all compensation and benefits-related matters, providing expert guidance and solutions to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Board Presentations and Packs for ratifying HR policy changes and reward strategy approvals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Draft and review approval notes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other documentation necessary for obtaining formal management approvals for compensation and benefits initiatives.
