Channel Development Associates– Karachi & Lahore

RMS Pakistan is looking for male & female,
fresh graduates and early-career professionals
(0–2 years) to join our Channel Development team. This is your chance to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry with hands-on training, market exposure, and a clear growth path.

What You'll Do:

·      Support the expansion of distribution channels (corporates, associations, affinity groups).

·      Collaborate with leadership to drive sales strategies & revenue growth.

·      Conduct market research and track competitor trends.

·      Assist with partner engagement, training & digital integration.

What We're Looking For:

·      Bachelor's degree (Master's in Marketing preferred).

·      Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills.

·      0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or insurance (fresh grads welcome).

·      Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and a team mindset.
