*Responsibilities:*
Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
Provide administrative support to the team
Maintain accurate records (financial transactions related to Karachi office) and databases
Prepare regular reports on expenses and administrative matters
Coordinate meetings and events
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle mail and packages
Develop effective filing systems
Coordinate with auto workshops for company cars
Manage Office Boy/Janitors/Security Guards
*Requirements:*
Intermediate to advanced level qualification in Office Administration
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
*Salary Range:* PKR 50, ,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
*Payroll:* HRSG
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000.00 per month
