We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
QA & QC Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control processes across our manufacturing and packaging facilities. You will ensure strict compliance with international standards, lead continuous process improvements, and foster a strong culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures and systems in line with ISO, HACCP, and other relevant standards.
  • Ensure quality of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and final products before dispatch.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain documentation and prepare quality reports for internal and external audits.
  • Lead and train QA/QC teams for continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and international buyers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years
    of experience in QA/QC.
  • Strong knowledge of international food safety standards (e.g., ISO 22000, BRC, FSSC, HACCP).
  • Experience handling certifications, audits, and client inspections.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
