Our business presence covers multiple jurisdictions with offices in the UAE, KSA, UK & Ireland, Singapore, Porto, Pakistan and Qatar. We provide Regulatory Governance, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Recruitment and Technology services (the "Services") to a large number of clients including global, regional and local financial services institutions, governments and other industry partners.
As part of our global expansion plan, we are now looking for an ambitious and agile professional with a strong background to join our team.
Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Professionals to join our dynamic team. The role focuses primarily on the GCC market, with opportunities to engage with prospects globally.
Job Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using a provided script and calling tools.
· Generate qualified leads and follow up consistently to drive business opportunities.
· Maintain daily/weekly call quotas; document calls, leads, and outcomes.
· Track and report key metrics: number of calls, leads generated, demos booked, and closed deals.
· Collaborate with the sales team to fine-tune outreach strategies and messaging.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activity.
· Follow up with warm leads and engage in nurturing campaigns for future opportunities.

Experience
· years of Proven experience in a call centre, inside sales, or business development role.
Skills
· Strong English oral and written skills.
· Ability to effectively interact at all levels within the firm and with its clients.
· Strong interpersonal skills: outgoing, positive, energetic person with a can do attitude.
· Highly organized and detail oriented.
· Motivated self-starter with demonstrable ability to work independently.

Qualifications
· Bachelors degree/ Master's degree from a leading university.
