Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing professional to own and execute our marketing strategy across digital channels. This person will be responsible for managing our brand presence, content creation, social media platforms, and communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage and grow all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and post engaging content (graphics, captions, videos, blogs).
  • Coordinate with therapists to source content ideas, gather expert insights, and translate them into engaging marketing material.
  • Handle internal and external communications (press releases, newsletters, announcements).
  • Support influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong communication skills (English – written & verbal).
  • Experience with content planning, copywriting, and campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Canva (mandatory) for creating social media designs and posts.  Familiarity with Adobe suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
