Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Islamabad. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system security, maintaining backups, and optimizing IT infrastructure. Additional responsibilities may include assisting staff with technical support, managing system updates, and implementing new technologies to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in network management, system administration, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Experience with system security, data backup processes, and disaster recovery methods
  • Proficiency in database management and IT infrastructure optimization
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to provide technical assistance and collaborate with staff
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems or an understanding of revenue cycle management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP are advantageous
