Customer Sales & Support Executive – Remote (Part-Time / Full-Time)

What You'll Do

  • Sales & CRM Support:
    Schedule meetings via phone, email, and LinkedIn; follow up with cold/inactive leads; manage contacts and email campaigns in HubSpot; respond to website chats; and prepare sales decks using PowerPoint and pricing tools.
    Maintain and segment data in HubSpot, build lead lists (HubSpot/Apollo), and track KPIs using

  • Executive Assistance:
    Organize the executive's inbox, help prioritize daily focus, attend 1:1 planning sessions, and join sales accountability calls as needed.
    Create documents and templates using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

  • Marketing & Content:
    Draft and schedule 3–4 weekly LinkedIn posts in the executive's voice, assist with content creation as needed, and refine internal emails or templated messages.

What You'll Need

  • Near-native English communication skills (written & spoken)

  • HubSpot CRM experience (certification or intermediate+ preferred)

  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

  • Prior experience in sales support, executive assistance, or marketing

  • Ability to manage tasks independently and follow through without reminders

Working Hours

  • U.S. Central Time (CST): 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST

  • Start: 30 hours/week

  • Growth: Potential to transition into a 40-hour full-time role

  • Daily check-ins and real-time collaboration required during CST hours
