ABS International seeks ambitious Customer Support & Sales Professionals for international B2B client operations at our Karachi facility. Key Responsibilities:

Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns to B2B clients in international markets

Negotiate and secure lucrative global contracts

Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and data-driven strategies

Maintain accurate CRM pipeline with consistent 3:1 conversion ratio monitoring

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international market expansion

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction

Requirements:

1+ years of international sales experience (BPO, client acquisition, or sales background preferred)

Professional English communication skills (verbal and written) at C1/C2 level

Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics

Availability for night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT, Monday to Saturday)

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities

CRM software proficiency and technical aptitude advantageous

Base Salary: PKR 50,000 - PKR 55,000 per month
