We are seeking an experienced and proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing our Microsoft 365 environment. This includes hands-on administration of services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD. A strong understanding of compliance, governance, and hybrid environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Manage and monitor license allocations (Business Basic, Business Standard, E3).
  • Implement and enforce compliance, governance, and data retention policies using Microsoft Purview and related tools.
  • Oversee SharePoint site architecture and manage the full lifecycle of Teams channels.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage devices via Microsoft Intune, including:
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Mobile Application Management (MAM)
  • Compliance policies
  • Application deployment
  • Endpoint security
  • Support and maintain identity and access management through Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Collaborate with network, security, and virtualization teams for smooth hybrid operations.
  • Monitor service health, analyze usage reports, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Participate in incident response and provide after-hours/on-call support as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (5–8 years) in administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration portals, PowerShell scripting, and Intune policies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Azure AD, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and respond promptly to operational needs.
