AM Associates is looking for a competent and proactive
Admin Executive
to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, oversee facilities, and maintain liaison with government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administration and facility management.
  • Coordinate with government departments for official matters.
  • Manage company fleet, vehicles, and drivers.
  • Oversee local purchases and vendor management.
  • Maintain administrative documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must possess a
    valid driving license
