
Business Development Executive

Experience: 3+ years in fintech or financial services
Type: Full-time, mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities:
Build and manage partnerships critical to the lending business, including payment providers, credit bureaus, SMS gateways, and other local service providers.
Identify, negotiate, and manage cooperation with local traffic platforms, offline retail networks, and other potential distribution channels.
Leverage existing network to accelerate business setup and go-to-market readiness.
Work closely with the compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and business integration.
Monitor the performance of external partners and ensure they meet agreed KPIs and service levels.
Requirements:
Proven experience in fintech, banking, telecom, or digital financial services.
Strong network and understanding of Pakistan's local financial ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, fluent in Urdu and English.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with partner management and cross-functional collaboration.
