Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing civil construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and prepare regular progress reports for management.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
  • Resolve technical/site issues and provide engineering solutions promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Support project manager in preparing schedules, work programs, and cost estimates.
  • Review contractor bills, site measurements, and quality tests before approvals.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, project execution, and construction management.
  • Good command of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera (or equivalent project management tools).
  • Leadership and supervisory skills with ability to handle labor and contractors.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs200,000.00 per month
