Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for calling customers, sharing product details (we will provide data), and convincing them to purchase. You will also handle cold calling for e-commerce marketplace clients with data provided by us.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.

Present product details clearly and convincingly.

Persuade customers to purchase products.

Perform cold calls for client outreach in e-commerce marketplaces.

Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1–2 years preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Confidence in handling customer objections.

Basic computer skills for recording call outcomes.

Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces is a plus.
