Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team. This role is designed for a self-motivated sales professional with strong IT selling skills, who can help us scale our business and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales processes: from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and upselling.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze client needs, pitch tailored IT/software solutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Contribute to creating a 6-month and 12-month business growth roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience:
1–2 years of proven sales/business development experience, preferably in the
IT/software sector
. - Knowledge:
Strong understanding of software products, SaaS solutions, and IT-based selling skills. - Communication:
Excellent spoken and written English, with a
neutral or American accent
for client interactions. - Mindset:
Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. - Core Skills:
Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Email Marketing, CRM Handling (
AI and Automation is a plus
). - Tools & Platforms:

Apollo Sequences is must). - Tools:
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to CRM tools, sales methodologies, and IT market trends.
