IT Support Executive
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Masters Degree
3-4 years Experience in IT User Support
Job Description:
Perform preventative maintenance on all computers and network resources.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Supporting the roll-out of installed application like, virus definitions and other updates.
Taking backup for office/individual users as per policy recommendations and provide the necessary training
Create and maintain network documentation to include but not limited to IP address, system access, upgrades and changes to the original network, etc.
Investigate local Internet connectivity options to obtain adequate bandwidth for Intranet and application connectivity with respective office VPN tunnels to the Head office.
Closely collaborate with IT team.
Regular user training, including training on basic care and maintenance of computers and equipment for users.
Maintain computer software/hardware inventory ensuring accuracy.
Maintenance and implementation of ERP and related systems, Sustaining synchronization and integration among database systems.
Evaluation/Analysis of Work Flows of new requirement by users as per company work flow.
Coordination with vendor for incorporating applications upgrade / update / fixes.
Communicating departments / work areas to streamline systems process/operations.
Maintain an updated IT Asset Registry, including software & documents.
Any other IT related tasks assigned by the supervisor or IT Manager team to accomplish the overall organizational goals.

Pay: Rs70, Rs90,000.00 per month
