Core Competencies:


•To manage the Sea FreightImport global accounts as a single window for customer correspondence and operations.


•To achieve operational excellence and higher productivity through timely and accurate documentation, operations, and effective coordination with outsourced service providers/vendors.


•Shipment tracking, issuance of invoices and coordination with counterparts.


•Working knowledge of Import procedures and statutory requirements.


•Ensure compliance with the standard area operating processes and Customer SOPs.


•Strong knowledge of filing manifest.


•Coordinate with global & local pricing team.


•Follow up with origin teams to ensure timely shipment arrivals.


•Manage recovery matters by coordinating with consignees.

Requirements:


•The candidate must be a graduate with 5 years of experience in similar role.


•Excellent Analytical, interpersonal and Communication Skills.


•Proficient in MS Office.


•Strong grip on financial number & overall product probability.
