About the Role

We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Associate
who can bring creativity, strategic thinking, and executional excellence to our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening SHMA's digital presence, managing campaigns, and engaging with diverse audiences ranging from students and graduates to senior industry professionals. You will play a key role in building SHMA's employer brand, showcasing thought leadership, and amplifying our impact across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote SHMA's services, programs, and initiatives.
  • Manage SHMA's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging, relevant, and professional content.
  • Support graduate recruitment campaigns by designing creative content and targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with actuarial teams to translate technical insights into easy-to-understand and impactful content (articles, infographics, videos).
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, lead generation, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of digital newsletters, email campaigns, and thought-leadership content.
  • Manage and update website content in line with branding guidelines.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, employer branding, and actuarial/financial services communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or entry-level roles in professional services are a plus).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex/technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn).
