Job Overview:

Astral Logistics Solutions, a leading name in the truck dispatch industry, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in all aspects of Human Resources — including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and passionate about building a career in HR within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for dispatchers, sales reps, and other operational roles (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding processes, including orientation sessions and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance during training.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters and warning letters under supervision.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures.
  • Support employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and HR support tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with HR functions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
