Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Lahore and focuses on providing hands-on experience in Human Resources functions. The Human Resources Intern will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, supporting employee benefits programs, and aiding in personnel management tasks. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and understand essential HR processes for a large organization.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and HR management processes
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of employee benefits administration and personnel management practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools is an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
