Job Title: Assistant Manager HR
Location: Karachi clifton block 5.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR profiles to join our team. The HR will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the organization, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires by facilitating orientation sessions and assisting with the completion of required documentation.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases. Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication with benefit providers.
- Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, sourcing training providers, and scheduling training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
