About the Role

DK Digital Solution is looking for Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate should be experienced in Upwork bidding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise your own team of Upwork bidders to ensure consistent performance
  • Achieve monthly project acquisition and revenue targets
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal production team to ensure project clarity and timely delivery
  • Attend video meetings with international clients to discuss project scopes and updates
  • Communicate with clients professionally via phone, video calls, and messaging platforms
  • Identify suitable projects on Upwork and ensure high-quality, customized proposals are submitted
  • Support your team in improving proposal strategies and closing rates
  • Track bidding performance and prepare regular progress reports for management

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 month of experience in Upwork bidding or freelance sales
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in handling international clients via Zoom, Google Meet, phone, email etc.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork platform, bidding best practices, and category targeting.
