Concept Loop is expanding its recycling and sustainable materials operation, where we convert plastic waste into valuable recycled products using agglomeration and extrusion technology. We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of agglomerator, extruder, shredder, and related machinery
  • Implement production plans and ensure daily output targets are met
  • Maintain safety, quality control, and compliance with SOPs
  • Monitor equipment health and coordinate maintenance
  • Lead, train, and manage production workers
  • Maintain production logs, inventory usage, and shift reports
  • Identify process improvements and reduce downtime

Requirements

  • Diploma/Btech/Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field (preferred
  • )2–5 years experience in factory supervision or production leadershi
  • pKnowledge of plastic processing or recycling machinery is an advantag
  • eStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill
  • sAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environmen
