Job Description:
We are hiring Project Officers -HR (Males only) to support our HR department in employee data management and records digitization. This position is ideal for organized, detail-oriented, and well-presented individuals who are ready to contribute to a large-scale employee records project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning and maintaining employee personnel files.
- Working in the record room to arrange and organize physical documents.
- Supporting e-data cleansing and uploading employee data in ERP systems.
- Assisting with document indexing and digital archiving.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation (must have received final transcript/degree).
- Fresh graduates or individuals with relevant administrative/data entry experience are encouraged to apply. Must be proficient in MS EXCEL.
- Must be groomed, presentable, and able to maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Comfortable working in both office and record room environments.
