Job Summary

The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the HR department by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee services, and HR operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting organizational processes, and ensuring smooth HR functions to enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

·      Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, contract agreements, employee card issuance, bank account opening, and exit clearance.

·      Maintain and update employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

·      Handle medical data entry, updates, additions/deletions, and related support.

·      Assist in employment background verification processes to ensure compliance

·      Draft organizational announcements and talent acquisition posts.

·      Provide support in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.

Requirements

  • BBA with specialization in Human Resources
  • 0–1 year of HR experience (Entry-level HR exposure preferred).
  • Basic understanding of HR functions (Recruitment, HR Operations).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong ability to assist and coordinate with the line manager and team, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
