Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Islamabad. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and building relationships with customers. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting product benefits, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Sales Agent will also provide customer service support, process insurance claims, and participate in training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and understanding of insurance-related products
  • Ability to conduct and participate in Training sessions
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
