Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Marketing Manager with Academix Connect, you will play a pivotal role in leading our digital sales strategy of the organization. Your responsibilities include:

Content Creation:

• Develop engaging and creative content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Design and create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels to promote our services, events, and educational resources.
• Shoot video content and take lead on direction.
• Produce educational videos and tutorials to provide valuable information to our audience and showcase our expertise in the field.

Social Media Management:

• Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance and reach.

Brand Representation:

• Get a chance to be the face of our organization, embodying our brand values and persona.
• Collaborate with team members to develop ideas for posts and reels and involve the team to shoot content

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite as well as video editing software and video creation software
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with social media marketing or content creation is a plus.
