embroidered, chenille, PVC, silicone, leather, vinyl, sublimation, puff, and Matflex patches
along with
keychains, challenge coins, and lapel pins
for brands, teams, and organizations across North America and Europe.

Position: Sales & Support Agent:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with international clients via live chat, email, and calls

Understand client requirements and provide accurate quotations and product info

Support customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sales process

Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, design)

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English

Prior experience in textiles, apparel, or B2B sales preferred

Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

Self-motivated and responsible during night shifts

Strong customer service and communication skills

Other Details:

Location: PECHS, Karachi

Shift: Night Shift (Full-time, On-site)

Industry: Textile Manufacturing & Export

Experience: 35 years (Sales or Customer Support preferably international market)

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Company Strength: 20+

Work Mode: ONSITE

Working Days: Monday - Friday
