Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales strategies targeting B2B clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and data-driven approaches.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management with a 3:1 conversion ratio.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for international market expansion.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1+ years of international sales experience (BPO or client acquisition background preferred).
  • Professional English fluency (C1/C2 level) with exceptional verbal/written communication.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Full availability for night shift (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
