Overview:

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Developer to work on our existing system. You will refine and expand our CRM with advanced UI customization, dashboard creation, automations, and AI chatbot integration. The ideal candidate understands APIs, can connect multiple platforms, and deliver a seamless experience across marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Customize the GoHighLevel interface (UI/UX) for simplicity and efficiency.
  • Build interactive dashboards integrating Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and organic data.
  • Develop advanced automations (SMS, WhatsApp, email, pipelines, booking flows).
  • Integrate and optimize AI chatbots for instant lead response and follow-ups.
  • Work with APIs and webhooks (including .NET10) to connect external systems (Dentally, accounting, lab software, etc.).
  • Maintain and enhance an existing GHL setup — clean, organize, and automate existing assets.
  • Implement call recording, AI transcription, and analytics into the CRM.
  • Create clear documentation for all setups and automations.

Requirements:

  • Proven GoHighLevel development experience (custom workflows, UI, dashboards).
  • API integration and webhook expertise (.NET, REST, JSON).
  • Experience with WhatsApp automation, Twilio, and AI assistant tools (ChatGPT, Dialogflow, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and data tracking.
  • Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
  • Reliable internet and ability to work during UK hours (9 AM–6 PM GMT).

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in marketing automation or CRM development.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, GoHighLevel reporting, and Dentally/healthcare CRMs.
  • Knowledge of frontend design tools (Figma, HTML/CSS) is a plus.
