  • Prepare essential documentation—commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, insurance forms, etc.
  • Liaise with banks regarding Letters of Credit and ensure compliance with all export terms.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to arrange timely shipments and clearances.
  • Track and monitor exports, ensuring on-time delivery and condition, and update clients on shipping status.
  • Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws, customs requirements, and internal company policies.
  • Maintain communication across buyers, suppliers, logistics teams, and resolve any shipment or documentation issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide export activity reports to management.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55, Rs75,000.00 per month
