The Role

We're looking for a thinker
and
a doer. Someone who can lead projects creatively, understand client needs deeply, and work alongside both the team and the studio lead to drive high-quality work.

You'll be the go-to for:

  • Understanding briefs to the bone and turning them into solid creative direction
  • Leading the concept phase for branding, campaigns, or digital experiences
  • Writing or refining copy when needed to elevate the narrative
  • Mentoring and guiding junior creatives
  • Acting as a bridge between design execution and strategy
  • Bringing a sense of ownership to your projects and pride to the outcomes

You'll Thrive If You:

  • Have 4–5 years of experience in branding, design, or creative strategy
  • Think in systems, not just screens
  • Can write a headline, name a brand, or break a brief into a compelling story
  • Are confident presenting and defending creative decisions
  • Have a sharp eye, a good gut, and a hunger to build something bigger than just another portfolio piece

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in UI/UX or motion design
  • Prior agency/studio experience
  • Leading client calls or project discovery sessions
  • A natural ability to manage feedback and navigate ambiguity
