Your Mission: Full-Spectrum Financial Mastery

Are you passionate about both the day-to-day details and the bigger financial picture? This is a hands-on role for an expert who enjoys reconciling accounts, closing books, maintaining spotless ledgers—and who can also lead cash flow planning, partner on budgets, and support business decisions with timely, accurate reporting.

At Livedin, finance and accounts go hand-in-hand: Own the core numbers, ensure revenue maximization, and help fuel our next wave of scale by delivering both financial control and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations: AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, expense management, month- and year-end closing.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
  • Maintain internal controls, ensure regulatory and tax compliance, and support annual audits.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor variances, and provide actionable insights for management.
  • Manage cash flow, support treasury activities, and assist with financial planning for product launches and market expansion.
  • Implement and improve accounting and financial systems for speed, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Coach junior team members in best practices, documentation, and process discipline.

What Makes You a Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA) highly valued.
  • 5+ years' experience in full-cycle accounting and financial management, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or fast-growth ventures.
  • Mastery of modern accounting softwares.
  • Relentless attention to accuracy, detail, and deadlines, paired with skill in financial analysis.
  • Clear communicator who can explain financial concepts in straightforward terms for all audiences.
