We're Hiring: Lead Database Administrator (DBA)

CareCloud is looking for a
skilled and detail-oriented Lead Database Administrator
to join our growing team This role is all about managing, optimizing, and maintaining databases while ensuring top-notch performance, data integrity, and compliance with security standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create & manage triggers, indexes, and constraints on databases
  • Work on ETL processes across multiple platforms
  • Develop and manage stored procedures using T-SQL
  • Optimize queries using execution plans, indexes, and normalization techniques
  • Handle reporting, replication, and conflict resolution
  • Establish & maintain backups on local and remote media
  • Install SQL Server software and monitor server/database performance
  • Safeguard assets by following strict information security & privacy policies


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of DBA or similar experience
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL & ETL processes
  • Hands-on experience with query optimization & performance tuning
  • Familiarity with backup, recovery & replication techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Commitment to compliance & data security
