Looking for a Social Media Manager to help grow the brand of a feminine, powerful coach who guides women through emotional healing, spiritual embodiment, and plant-medicine retreats.
What You'll Be Doing:
Create and manage a weekly content calendar (Reels, posts, carousels, stories)
Write captions and CTAs that sound authentic, soulful, and feminine
Coordinate with designer and video editor to get posts ready
Understand and use Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook
Suggest creative content ideas aligned with brand voice
Keep everything on-brand, on-time, and aligned with core values
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have 2+ years experience managing social media for personal brands or coaches
Know how to plan content that educates, empowers, and connects
Can write strong captions that don't sound robotic or "salesy"
Understand basic email marketing and how content supports a funnel
Can use tools like Later, Buffer, Notion, Google Drive, Canva
Stay updated on trends but don't chase them blindly, you know how to stay aligned
Can work independently and meet weekly content goals
Are reliable, communicative, and proactive
Experience with email platforms (Flodesk, ConvertKit, MailerLite)
Understanding of funnels, lead magnets, or launch content
