Job Description:

We are looking for IT Support / System Support Officer for our office in Islamabad. The role include to provide IT related support to division and come up with solutions or coordinate with different stakeholders to come up with a timely solution. This role will require to provide provide technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Have prior experience handling helpdesk support operations
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelors/Diploma in IT
  • Fresh - 2 Years of experience
