Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with prior experience in the travel and tourism industry. The CSR will be responsible for handling client inquiries, assisting with travel bookings, managing complaints, and providing excellent after-sales support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of ticketing/reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from clients regarding flights, tours, hotels, visas, and other travel services.
- Provide detailed travel information, itineraries, quotations, and recommendations to customers.
- Process reservations, cancellations, re-bookings, and amendments accurately using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with payment processing, refunds, and travel documentation (tickets, visas, insurance).
- Maintain strong product knowledge of destinations, airlines, hotel packages, and promotions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and service.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare daily reports on inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions.
