Novaplast Custom Molders is looking for a skilled Officer QA/QC with hands-on experience in automotive parts manufacturing. The ideal candidate will support quality assurance activities, ensure process compliance, maintain customer quality standards, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform part, process, and system audit according to quality standards.
  • Verify incoming materials and raw components through sampling plans.
  • Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform vendor visit as per plan.
  • Prepare quality reports, maintain documentation, and support audits (QAV, ISO, QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with customer quality systems, including AHL SQM.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
  • Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments and tools; ensure calibration records are up-to-date.
  • Assist in product design and development using CAD/CREO.
  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for processes and products.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures for incoming, in-process, and finished products.
  • Analyze trends in quality issues and implement preventive actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework, waste, and defects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Strong understanding of automotive quality standards and processes.
  • Proficiency in using CAD/CREO software is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple quality-related tasks.

Qualification:

  • B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required. Diploma holders may apply only if they have a Pak-Swiss diploma in Mechanical

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in an auto parts manufacturing company.
