Job Description:

Wallpaper Outlet is looking for a female Customer Service Representative to join our Rawalpindi branch. The candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, ensuring a friendly and professional shopping experience. The role requires handling customer inquiries, guiding buyers with product selection, and maintaining strong follow-up to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in-store with product knowledge and guidance
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wallpaper designs
  • Manage sales transactions and billing accurately
  • Keep showroom organized, clean, and visually attractive
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Support sales team in meeting monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (Rawalpindi residents preferred)
  • Fresher & 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer dealing
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu (English is a plus)
  • Pleasant personality, neat and professional appearance
  • Ability to work long hours with dedication
  • Confidence in handling customers independently
