We're looking for a 
Graphic Designer + Project Manager
 to join our small but ambitious team. This is a hybrid role (~1 day a week in office), based in Lahore, starting immediately.

This role is perfect for a designer with strong communication skills who's ready to step up into a more managerial position. Expect your time to be split ~50% between hands-on design and project management.

What you'll be working on

  • Managing projects end-to-end: briefs, timelines, client updates, delivery
  • Coordinating with our internal team and making sure feedback loops run smoothly
  • Helping improve workflows and keeping projects organized
  • Designing web and app interfaces (mainly in Figma)
  • Creating marketing visuals and ads (Canva + Figma)

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of design experience (UI, marketing visuals, or similar)
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and usability, with good attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communicator (both written + verbal)
  • Organized and proactive — comfortable managing deadlines and juggling multiple projects
  • Excited to learn and grow in both design and project management
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team
