Project Manager
 to lead and execute our 
office interior fit-out projects
 — ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of office interior construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors & clients.
  • Prepare & monitor project timelines, budgets, and procurement plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution quality & resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes & finishing benchmarks.
  • Manage reporting, approvals & communication across all stakeholders.

 
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Mgmt.
  • 5+ years of experience
     in interior fit-out or construction (corporate interiors preferred).
  • Strong understanding of MEP, finishes, and interior execution methods.
  • Proficient in MS Project / Primavera / Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
