About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Etsy Account Manager to take ownership of our established Etsy store. The focus is on listing new catalogue items, running effective ad campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to drive consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Upload and optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.


• Plan, launch, and monitor Etsy Ads to maximize traffic and ROI.


• Track daily shop performance, manage orders, and resolve customer inquiries.


• Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to boost conversions and revenue.

Requirements


• Proven experience managing an Etsy shop or similar marketplace.


• Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, keyword research, and paid advertising.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.


• Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
